Enhanced Response

Decreases the maximum time it will take a qualified engineer to make first contact and begin an initial diagnosis of your problem.  Hours are working hours, so a 4 hour-response placed at 1500 Friday will be answered before 1100 Monday (assuming standard working hours are 0900-1700).

For server and network failures affecting the entire site, work will begin within the initial response period.  For PC faults, work will begin within the PC response time applicable to that PC.
