I.T. support from 8Networks provides you with a small business network designed for reliability.  We swap components within their MTBF to minimize hardware failures, and proactively monitor key components to catch faults before they occur.

However, sometimes the unexpected happens, and it is reassuring to know the following:

• 8Networks offer a choice of server response times of 30 Minutes, 1 Hour, 2 Hours or 4 Hours, and PC response times of 1 Hour, 2 Hours, 4 Hours or 8 Hours.
• We carry stock of servers, network switches and other key components so we are not reliant on 3rd party warranties to fix critical problems.
• We offer extended support hours of 0800-1800.

Our I.T. packages

Our standard packages cover most requirements and allow you to select the items important to you without paying for what you don't need. However, we can also tailor a solution especially for your business.
