How to pay

By Credit or Debit card

This is the only method of payment available to ad-hoc clients. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Contract clients wishing to pay by credit or debit card will be charged a 2% transaction fee.

By Direct Debit

This is our preferred method of payment for contract clients.

By Cheque

Make cheques payable to "8Networks" and post to:

Write your invoice number on the reverse of the cheque.

By BACS or Electronic Transfer

Sort Code and account number are shown on the reverse of your invoice.
Use your company name as reference and advise us of your payment at accounts@8networks.co.uk.

By Standing Order

Please call for a standing order mandate.

International Payments

IBAN, BIC and SWIFT codes are shown on the reverse of your invoice.
International payments carry a £6 fee to cover bank charges.

Questions

Your account company name is "Eight Networks Ltd" but we can write cheques to "8Networks". Is this correct?

Our bank accepts 8Networks, Eight Networks, and Northern Principle (our previous name). We recommend 8Networks as it is simplest to write.

We have been sending cheques to your Salford Quays office. Is this OK?

We used to ask you to send cheques to our Salford Quays office, however we now process payments at our Manchester Centre so please update your records. If you continue to send cheques to Salford Quays this is fine for the time being, and we will contact you in due course.
