    • for any work that would have been provided as part of the support package, a full refund will be given.
    • for any work that would have been charged at a lower rate, the difference will be refunded.

How to book

  1. Contact sales to discuss your requirements and see if we can provide a quotation up-front or if an on-site diagnosis will be required.
  2. As a new client, we will require a credit or debit card at time of booking in order to pre-auth payment. No funds are deducted at this time, however your card provider may allocate the pre-auth amount against your credit limit. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
  3. Only when the work is completed and you have signed off the work will we debit your card by the amount agreed.
